4.Draw a face around from the spikes to the fringe

5.Then draw an eye on the face

 6.Draw a neck and a bow in the hair

 7.Curve the neck and make the top of the dress and design it whatever way you want

 8.Draw a skirt at the bottom of the top of the dress

9.Then draw an arm at the side of the dress

10.Draw two legs,draw the first on normal then add the other at the very side of the first leg and if you want to draw a bird at the side
